The process is fully online and direct. Pick your dates, enter your details, and you will receive a confirmation email with a verification link. Once your email is verified you choose your payment method and that is it. No agencies, no commissions.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Stripe, and also cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and more) via NOWPayments. Payments are processed securely — we never see your card details.

Yes. For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, we charge only the deposit at booking time. The balance is requested 30 days before arrival. The system calculates this automatically — you do not have to choose.

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 10:00. If your flight arrives early or departs late, contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate you.

Yes. Alaqua 2000 has a secure closed garage for one vehicle, included in the price. Beachfront Apartment has available parking in the building.

The Pampatar seafront is three minutes by car from both apartments. Playa El Agua, the island's most famous white-sand beach, is about 40 minutes by car. Pampatar bay itself is calm and local — perfect for the first swim of the day.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included in both apartments at no extra charge. Fast enough for video calls and remote work.

We don't offer free cancellation. The deposit reserves your dates and is non-refundable if you cancel. The balance is only charged closer to arrival, so cancelling before then costs only the small deposit. In cases of force majeure we assess each situation individually.

Santiago Mariño International Airport (PMV) is about 25 km from Pampatar — roughly 30–40 minutes by car depending on traffic. We can help coordinate an airport transfer if needed.

Unfortunately not — we do not accept pets in either apartment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Outdoor building areas are at the building's discretion.

November is our favourite month: dry trade winds, near-empty beaches, and the lowest prices of the year. December to March is peak season — plenty of sun, plenty of people, higher prices. April and May are another sweet spot: the heat returns, prices drop, and the locals come back. June to October is rainy season — some passing showers, but also the calmest bay days.

Both apartments include: Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, washing machine (Alaqua 2000), and access to the building pool and common areas. No hidden charges. The cleaning fee is shown transparently in the price breakdown.

Yes, as long as the dates are available. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, full payment is charged at the time of booking.
