The location
Right in the centre of Pampatar — the local, residential side of Margarita that the resort brochures skip. Popular restaurants and bars are steps away. The Rio Supermarket and Farmatodo pharmacy are a short walk. The island's big resort strip is twenty minutes south if you want it, but most guests find they don't. The bus stop is 100 metres from the door; the airport is 25 km away.
The apartment
Brand new in 2025 — everything from the fixtures to the bed linens was chosen fresh. Two bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a private balcony that looks out over the pool. Central air conditioning keeps every room cool. A washing machine, Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included. The building has a 24-hour doorman and elevator access. No detail was left to chance.
The pool & outdoor areas
The complex has more than just a pool. There's a proper sun terrace alongside the main swimming pool, a dedicated children's pool, a playground, and a BBQ area. In the mornings the terrace is quiet — you'll often have the pool to yourself. In the afternoons the light is right for the children's pool. Evenings around the BBQ area have a neighbourhood feeling that a hotel lobby never does.
The beach & neighbourhood
Pampatar's bay is three minutes away by car. The Pampatar seawall and beach are calm and local — far fewer crowds than the island's resort beaches. Walking the seafront at dusk, watching the fishing boats come in, is one of those simple pleasures that stays with you. For white sand and full beach-bar service, Playa El Agua is forty minutes east. Restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy are all within easy walking distance of the apartment.
