The location
The apartment sits in the beating heart of Pampatar, right next to CityPlace — the neighbourhood's lively open-air hub of restaurants, cafés, burgers, and ice cream, with a paddle tennis court and playground for good measure. Maroush, one of the island's most praised restaurants, is right around the corner. Rio Supermarket is a two-minute walk. Farmatodo pharmacy is just as close. For a morning coffee, a late dinner, or a last-minute grocery run, you never need a car.
Shopping is equally effortless. Parque Costazul and Rattan Plaza — two of Pampatar's main shopping centres — are both within a short walk. Sambil Margarita, the island's largest mall with international brands, a food court, and a cinema, is five minutes away by car.
When you want the sea, Playa El Ángel is three minutes away — a family-friendly beach with clear water, moderate waves, and beachside restaurants. The 17th-century Castillo San Carlos de Borromeo, Pampatar's most iconic landmark, is five minutes away and well worth an afternoon. The international airport is roughly 25 minutes by car.
